Before you pay

We sign a one-page agreement first. It states the scope, what we deliver and when, and a refund if we don't deliver.

Questions from hotels

Do guests need to install anything?
No. The walk runs in their phone's browser.
Do guests need an account?
Yes, for now: a free Tribenture account, created on the phone the first time. Starting without an account is not available yet.
What does our desk have to do?
Hand over the card, or send the link in your welcome message. We brief your team in one session before the pilot starts.
What do we learn about our guests?
Counts only: how many started, how many stops they reached, the problems they reported and their comments. We never pass on names, email addresses, photos or locations.
Which languages does the guide speak?
English, Spanish and Catalan.
What if it doesn't work for our guests?
Your staff have a support channel with us during the pilot. The agreement we sign before you pay includes a refund if we don't deliver.
