Who is responsible

What we collect when you contact us

If you send the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. Your IP address is also received with the request and is used to rate-limit abuse of the form.

We use this only to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

What we collect when you just browse

If you accept analytics, this site records a page-view event each time you open a page. That event contains the page address (including anything after "?"), the page title, the address of the page you arrived from, and the site's own hostname.

We ask first. Until you accept, nothing is recorded and no identifier is stored: no page-view event is sent, and your browser stores nothing for analytics. If you decline, it stays that way.

If you accept, your browser then stores two random identifiers so returning visits can be counted: one that persists between visits, and one that lasts until you close the tab. They are random numbers, not your name.

Either way, we store one small cookie, mp.site.consent, to remember your answer so we do not ask again. It holds only your choice and when you made it, and it lasts 180 days.

To change your answer, use Cookie choices at the foot of any page. It forgets your answer, removes the two analytics identifiers from your browser, and asks you again. We will also ask again if this notice changes materially.

These events go to Alodai's own analytics service. There are no third-party advertising or tracking scripts on this site.

What this site does not do

It takes no payments, asks for no account or password, requests no location, runs no AI profiling, and sets no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries for 24 months. Analytics identifiers live in your browser until you clear them.

Your choices

Write to legal@alodai.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and we will action it. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
