This notice covers this website, tribenture.com. It does not cover the Tribenture app or any account you may hold there.

Who is responsible

Alodai Labs, S.L. (CIF B05691670), Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 672, 08010 Barcelona, Spain, operates this site and decides how the data described here is used. For anything in this notice, write to legal@alodai.com.

The form to join the beta

This site used to have a form to join the beta. It has been removed, and no sign-ups were collected through it. The app is open: you create an account in the app, which this notice does not cover.

What we collect when a hotel writes to us

If you send the form on the hotels page, we receive what you type: your name, your email address, your hotel's name and your message. We use this only to reply to you.

When you send the form

Your IP address arrives with the request. It is used to limit abuse of the form and is not stored with what you sent. The page you sent the form from is recorded.

When a form arrives, the people who run Tribenture are told by email. That message contains what you sent and is delivered by our email provider.

We do not sell any of this, and we do not use it to advertise to you.

What is recorded if you just browse

We ask first. Until you answer, nothing is recorded and no identifier is stored: no measurement leaves your browser, and your browser stores nothing for it. If you decline, it stays that way.

If you accept, this site records two things. One each time you open a page: the page address, including anything after "?", its title, the address of the page you arrived from and this site's own name. And one each time you press a call-to-action button: the same, plus which button it was and where on the page it sat.

If you accept, your browser also stores two random identifiers so that returning visits can be counted: mp.website.analytics.anonymous, which lasts between visits, and mp.website.analytics.session, which lasts until you close the tab. They are random numbers, not your name.

Whatever you answer, one cookie is stored, mp.site.consent, to remember your answer so we do not ask again. It holds only your choice and when you made it, and it lasts 180 days.

To change your answer, use Cookie choices at the foot of any page. It forgets your answer, removes the two identifiers from your browser, and asks you again. We will also ask again if this notice changes materially.

These records go to Alodai's own measurement service. There is no third-party advertising or tracking script on this site.

What this site does not do

It takes no payments, asks for no account or password, requests no location, runs no AI profiling, and sets no advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep hotel enquiries for 24 months. The two identifiers live in your browser until you clear them, yourself or with the control above.

Where the data is processed

The servers of this site and its database, where the forms you send are kept, are at Hetzner Cloud, in Falkenstein (Germany). The images on this site are kept in Hetzner's object storage, also in Falkenstein (Germany).

We make backups of that database. They are encrypted before they leave our servers, they are kept at Backblaze B2, in the United States, and each copy is kept for 30 days.

Your rights

Write to legal@alodai.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to object to our using it, to take it with you or to have it deleted, and we will do it. You can withdraw your agreement to be emailed the same way, at any time. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
